Stretching is the one thing I focus on each morning for at least 20minutes. get your body to flow with a good stretch each morning. For a really good awakening practice, do it for 45minutes and stretch out each area of your body. 

Zendo Flow Workshop East Coast Tour

I’m kicking of my Zendo teaching tour. This year’s workshop is my new breath, mind, body workshop. Starting February 1st I’m going from Ohio down to Hollywood Florida and back, reaching out to the surrounding areas. Meditation


Every day I meditate on my life, my dreams, my goals, my health, my mission, my love, my sadness, my energy, my strengths, the music within me. There are days where I am distracted from my meditation, but meditation is never the same for me, because I’m growing and when you grow you change. Meditate and grow!

LISTENING


Spend the day listening. Do nothing else, but listen, listen to everything, everyone, and yourself. Take it all in be open and allow yourself to just feel without responding with your opinions, disagreements, approvals, wisdom or even the need to make corrections. Go out into nature today and listen, listen far, listen close. Find a way to connect more with your senses and thoughts. Meditate and cleanse your internal self. Today is about Listening.
