Stretching is the one thing I focus on each morning for at least 20minutes. get your body to flow with a good stretch each morning. For a really good awakening practice, do it for 45minutes and stretch out each area of your body.


I’m kicking of my Zendo teaching tour. This year’s workshop is my new breath, mind, body workshop.
